International Ordering/Shipping

The following information should answer most questions regarding shipping and payment options for our non-US customers.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY: We ship all international packages via INTERNATIONAL AIR MAIL through the U.S. Post Office. Sorry, there is no tracking available with this service.

We ship to the following countries only:

Australia, Austria, Canada, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States

Customs Duties and/or Taxes - Your quoted total DOES NOT INCLUDE any taxes, VAT fees or other Duties charged at the country of delivery. Any fees charged at the country of delivery are not included in your payment to WickedCoolStuff.com and are payable to the appropriate government agencies.

Please do not ask us to mark a purchased package as a "gift" to avoid such taxes. It is against our policy to do so.

Cross Border Ordering: Unfortunately we cannot accept an order with a credit card from one country shipping merchandise to another. If you wish to make a payment via PayPal we will gladly ship your merchandise.

Shipping Speed It takes us up to 5 business days to process international orders for shipping (occasionally less). Shipping time begins when your package ships. Most packages should reach non-US addresses 10 business days after shipping, but we have seen some take as long as 30 days. If your purchase is time sensitive please order early. We make no guarantees on international shipping speed.

Oversized Packages - Our online order form will quote the shipping costs based on the weight, value and destination country. However, it cannot calculate based on size. Large item and multi-item orders may cost more than our online system quotes you. We will not charge this amount until we have informed you and received your approval. Please be sure to include a valid e-mail address so we may reach you.

Restricted Items Shipping on packages of certain size are considered oversized by the US Post Office and are cost prohibitive. Because of this we no longer ship posters, beaded curtains, or wall scrolls internationally.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express payments from the countries listed above for orders shipping to the same country. We examine these transactions carefully and while yours may be perfectly valid, we reserve the right to refuse any transaction because we were unable to secure validation.

PayPal.com is an online service for transferring funds electronically. If you are shipping your order to a country other than your own, or we have otherwise indicated we cannot accept your credit card, you may send funds via PayPal.

EXCHANGE RATE -- The prices on our website, online shopping cart and invoice are all in U.S. Dollars (USD$). The conversion to your currency will be made automatically at the time your credit card or PayPal payment is processed. To get an estimate of the cost we are providing this link to an online currency converter for your convenience. (This is for reference purposes only and is not a guarantee of final converstion rate or order total.)

OTHER RESTRICTIONS - As part of our fraud prevention program we reserve the right to refuse any order or transaction based on our own internal decision making. If your order was initially charged but later refused by us, a full refund will be issued.

Please be sure your Physical Address and E-Mail Address are correct so you do receive your package and any communications from us regarding it.
