WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
We offer pre-ordering for certain popular items in our Pre-Order
Shop. You may reserve these items in advance, though
they may not be in stock for several months.
WHEN DO I PAY?
We do collect your credit card information at the time you place your
order, but you will not be charged until the item is in stock and ready
to ship.
WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?
Each Pre-Order item lists it's
expected month of delivery. The actual ship date can be any time within
the listed month (up to the last day). This is not a guaranteed delivery
date, just an estimate. Occasionally a manufacturer runs into a problem
and an item is delayed. As soon as we are aware of a change we will update
our site and e-mail any customers who have already placed a pre-order.
I HAVE A COUPON, CAN I USE IT?
Occasionally we offer coupons to newsletter subscribers, past customer
and through certain promotions. You may use a coupon for a pre-order item
only before the coupon's expiration date. If you later change or cancel
your Pre-Order the discount may be voided.
WHAT IF I ORDER OTHER STUFF AT THE SAME TIME?
If you wish to order in-stock merchandise at the same time as a pre-order
item, we ask that you place seperate orders to get accurate shipping quotes.
If you place pre-order and in-stock merchandise in the same order we will
separate them into two shipments (one now, one later) and your shipping
charges will be recalculated accordingly.
