Do I have to provide personal information?

You can visit WickedCoolStuff.com anytime without giving us any personal information at all. Our servers do automatically collect some limited information about your visit that is not personally identifiable to you. Some of this information includes your IP address (so that we may diagnose problems with our servers, better administer our website, help us identify your website visit with us, and to gather broad demographic information about our audience), Internet browser type, computer operating system, and the domain name of your ISP. Additionally, our site uses cookies to keep track of your shopping cart (if applicable) and to serve future functions we hope to add to make visiting WickedCoolStuff.com an even cooler experience.

How do you use my information?

WickedCoolStuff.com does ask for personal information when applicable. Registration, Ordering, Surveys, and Contest forms all, to some extent, require input of personal information. These forms require users to give us contact information (like name and email address), demographic information (like zip code, age, or gender), and other applicable information (e.g., credit card information in the case of online store purchases). This information is used to send out prizes to contest winners and merchandise for online store purchases, to contact the visitor when necessary, and to send out information about our company or promotions. Customers who make a purchase at WickedCoolStuff.com after coming from one of our partner sites may be considered "shared customers" and information may be shared with these partners based on our current contracts with them. Any requests to be removed from our lists will also be forwarded to our partner sites as long as our contracts with them are in effect. What if I'm under 18?

FOR KIDS:

• If you win a contest that has a prize, your parent or guardian will have to mail us a signed note at the address listed in the rules for the specific contest that says it was ok for you to enter, and tells us they will accept the prize for you.
