Todd, The Indestructable Man |
| TODD, The Indestructible Man, is a half-hour, action/adventure sitcom that follows the adventures of a hyper intelligent, super athletic, stunningly handsome, "Indestructible" Superhero/Rock Star, who happens to be made entirely of radioactive sandwich meat. Created in a laboratory accident by Zarg, a caveman with the implanted brain of a 29th century alien scientist, Todd travels the globe fighting diabolical villains and sacrificing significant portions of his flesh to save the world, and if he's lucky, impress his would-be girlfriend, Linda Hotboddee. ..and yes, all the characters are PUPPETS! "Todd" is an affectionate parody of 60's sci-fi television shows, with a distinctly adult twist. It's "Thunderbirds" meets "Ren and Stimpy." There are huge explosions, thrilling chases, anime-style action, death defying stunts, and of course, Hot Puppet Love! Think of it as a James Bond movie, if James Bond were eighteen inches tall and made of plastic. The piece presented here is a short segment from the teaser of the Pilot script.
